What is your heart says?
Hello everyone, Hope you all doing great with your life and keeping yourself and your family healthy. So today's topic is on how you can keep your heart healthy. I will try to break some of the urban myths about keeping your heart healthy. Some of you might know this already but there are many more who do not know and it's very important to know. Also, I am going to speak about what are the things that should be avoided and what are the things you should include in your daily life. It is so easy to make a few changes that can change your life completely.
Do you know your heart? Firstly, let's talk a little bit about the heart. The heart is the most vital organ part of our body. It helps in supplying blood to all organs and muscles with enough oxygen and nutrients.
There are three layers of the heart. Epicardium, Myocardium and Endocardium. Our hearts have four chambers. Two on the left and the other two on the right side. In which the deoxygenated blood will get the filter into oxygenated blood. The two small upper chambers is artia. The two large lower chambers is called verticles. Both sides are separated by the wall which is known as the septrum.
