Fish Tikka

Easy & healthy Fish Tikka 

Ingredients

 

  • 500g of boneless surmai fish

  • wash it and marinate for 1hr

Marination process: 


Ginger and garlic paste, with one spoon of curd - add turmeric, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper according to your taste.


Cooking process:

 

  1. Once it's marinated, put one tsp of mustard oil on the pan and let it heat a bit. Put all the fish pieces onto the pan.

  2. Keep flipping them and cook till the color changes to yellowish as shown in the image.

  3. That's all for this recipe, Fish is ready to be served with some onion and lemon!
