Fish Tikka
Ingredients
500g of boneless surmai fish
wash it and marinate for 1hr
Marination process:
Ginger and garlic paste, with one spoon of curd - add turmeric, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper according to your taste.
Cooking process:
Once it's marinated, put one tsp of mustard oil on the pan and let it heat a bit. Put all the fish pieces onto the pan.
Keep flipping them and cook till the color changes to yellowish as shown in the image.
