Keto Scrambled Egg

KETO SCRAMBLED EGG:-

INGREDIENTS:- 

  • 20g Butter

  • 1 Red chili 

  • 1 small tomato diced

  • 2 large eggs

  • 15g Heavy Cream 

  • 1tsp Cilantro finely chopped 

  • Salt

  • 1 pinch Pepper 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place the butter into a large nonstick frying pan on medium heat.

  2. Add the chili and tomato and saute for 2 minutes. 

  3. In a bowl, whisk together the egg, cream, Cilantro,  salt, and pepper. 

  4. Pour the egg mix into the frying pan and gently agitate the edges with a silicone spatula, then draw it through the center. Allow the eggs to set around the egg before repeating,  this will give you lovely soft curd of scrambled egg.

  5. Continue to  cook the scrambled egg until it is soft
