Keto Chicken Garam Masala

KETO CHICKEN GARAM MASALA:

INGREDIENTS:- 

  • Garam masala 1/4 tsp 

  • Ground cumin 1/4 tsp

  • Coriander seed ground 1/4 tsp

  • Ground cardamom ( green) 1/4 tsp

  • Turmeric Ground 1/4 tsp

  • Ground ginger 1/4 tsp 

  • Paprika powder  1/4 tsp 

  • Chili powder  1/4 tsp 

  • Pinch ground nutmeg

  • Chicken  175g

  • Chicken breasts 3/4tbsp butter or olive oil salt

  • 1/4 red  bell pepper 

  • Finely diced 75ml unsweetened coconut cream  or heavy whipping Cream  1/4 tbsp

  • Fresh parsley,  finely chopped.

INSTRUCTIONS:- 

  1. Instructions are for 4 servings. Please modify as needed. 

  2. Preheat the oven to 350?F (175?C)

  3. Mix the spices for Garam masala 

  4. Cut the chicken breasts length-wise. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat and fry the chicken in butter until golden brown 

  5. Add half the Garam masala mix to the pan and stir thoroughly. 

  6. Season with salt and place the chicken including the juices in a baking dish.

  7. Add the finely diced bell pepper to a small bowl along with the coconut cream and remaining Garam masala mix. 

  8. Pour over the Chicken.  

  9. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

  10. Garnish with parsley and serve.
