Oats Recipe

Ingredients

  • ¾ oats 

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • choose the three vegetable of your choice

Recipe

 

  1. -4 tbsp oats: soak thoroughly in 50ml water and put it together in the cooker. Give it one whistle and turn off the gas.

  2. *Leave it as it for 15mins in it*

  3. Chop the veggies of your taste and sauté it with 1tsp Olive oil -Add pepper, salt, paprika or any seasoning to your taste

  4. Add boiled oats to it and saute it along with the veggies for 2mins!

  5. Add 1tsp lime juice to the meal
