VEGAN MANGO LASSI

Ingredients:-

  • 200ml nuts milk or vegan yogurt ( almond, cashew milk)
  • 100gm mango pulp
  •  Chilled water or ice cubes ( less or more for desired lassi consistency)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1-2tsp raw sugar or maple syrup
  • 1/2tsp Lemon juice

Variation: Add 1/4tsp cardamom powder or saffron

Methods:-

  • Blend all the ingredients through raw sugar, taste
  • Add lemon juice and blend again, serve chilled.
